My research focuses on numerical investigations of the fluid mechanics of 3D permeable disks, studying the effects of inclination and permeability on steady and unsteady flow field characteristics. The findings will provide insights to inform the design and control of dandelion-inspired micro-flyers, which could potentially be used for offshore wind farm monitoring.
